Cindy Crawford flips stunning Malibu estate for $13M

Cindy Crawford and hubby Rande Gerber recently unloaded their four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom Malibu home for a pretty penny.

Crawford, 49, and Gerber, 53, sold the oceanfront 1.4-acre spread for $13.341 million after purchasing it last year for a comparatively paltry $6 million.

The gated property features two levels of outdoor space and a private path that leads to the beach. A footbridge connects the raised house to a secluded back lawn complete with a lagoon-style pool and a hot tub bordered in stone.
The great room boasts a fireplace and wrap-around glass doors allowing for breathtaking views of the Pacific. White wood-paneled walls and wide-plank oak flooring runs throughout the 3,651-square-foot structure echoing the casual beach vibe of the coastal California city.

An eat-in kitchen features two sinks, stone countertops, a built-in wine fridge and a deluxe restaurant stainless steel oven.
The supermodel and her businessman husband also have a waterfront property in Los Cabos, Mexico, next to pal George Clooney’s pad. Gerber and Clooney named their tequila brand, Casamigos, after their tandem estates.
