Joe Simpson is a Malibu Beach Boy!

He may be still rocking the single life, but but that hasn’t stopped Joe Simpson dropping almost $4million on a new four bedroom Malibu pad. Jessica’s dad recently closed on the 5,340 square foot home on the beautiful Las Flores Mesa Drive, just off the Pacific Coast Highway. The stunning house boasts four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a magnificent views of the surrounding canyon and the Pacific Ocean.

It’s a lot of space for a bachelor pad,with his and her bathrooms off the enormous master bedroom and two additional ‘oversized en-suites’ on the master level.
And if Jessica wants to Come On Over and practice her singing, or just wants to bring the screaming granddkids with her, they can be relegates to the separate guest unit.

No doubt she’ll be jealous of her dad’s spa style bathroom and cavernous walk-in closet though.
