July 4 fireworks schedule

In celebration of Independence Day, both public and private fireworks shows will light up the coast of Malibu. Every year, residents of Malibu file permits to have fireworks shows from barges anchored off the coast. The following shows are scheduled to take place in or near Malibu July 4:

– 21500 block of PCH, near Duke’s Malibu restaurant off Carbon Beach

– 22300 block of PCH, also off Carbon Beach and west of L.A. County Fire Station 70

– 27900 block of PCH, near Paradise Cove

– Malibu Colony Drive
