Nick Jonas Sells Beverly Hills Pad

The posh, modern hillside abode is no longer a concern for the youngest of the Jonas Brothers. The singer recently sold the 4,129-square-foot home for $6.9 million. Jonas bought the place for $6.5 million in April 2018, about a month before he and Priyanka Chopra started stepping out as a couple.

Now married, Jonas and Chopra are reportedly searching for the perfect home together. According to TMZ, they want to stay in Beverly Hills or consider options in Bel Air. They reportedly have a housing budget that’s nearly three times that of the house Jonas just sold, It is gorgeous in its own right and didn’t even hit the market before an offer was made, so it obviously made an indelible impression on the buyer.

Made of wood and concrete, the home features a few midcentury modern influences. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and the open interiors are everything you’d expect in an ultramodern SoCal mansion: sleek, functional, and stylish. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the backside of the house play up the hillside views, and the backyard features an infinity pool, hot tub, and spacious deck for the ultimate in outdoor living.
