Encinal Bluffs

The Encinal Bluffs are located at the north end of Malibu sitting between Sea Level Beach and Nicholas Canyon.  Coined the “Hamptons of the West,” the Encinal Bluff homes are spectacular home and are nestled on extra large parcels of land.  Most homes have stairs that go directly down to the beached that see limited use of the public and at times you may be have the stretch of sand all to yourself.

Homes values on the bluffs can often demand higher prices due to the size of the parcel, some being a few acres or more.  Seldom, a home may become available around $3., but that would be an example of a home on a smaller sized lot.  The bluffs are considered true estates and prices rarely go below $6m.

The Encinal Bluffs have had noteworthy sales, one as the most recent sold for over $75m.
