Escondido Beach is located directly below one of Malibu’s finest restaurants, Geoffrey’s and is adjacent Malibu Cove Colony.  There is no gate or guard access, but Escondido Beach Road is private.  The majority of the homes on Escondido Beach are build on the sand and have a greater amount of beach than the homes at Cove Colony.  There is an eclectic range of architectural styles on Escondido Beach from vintage beach cottages to modern buildings built of glass, concrete, and steel.  The views from Escondido Beach are spectacular, spanning from Point Dume and the bluff of Little Dume.  Whether your hobby is kayaking, stand up paddle – boarding, fishing or surfing you can enjoy the infamous Little Dume Beach.  This area is also sheltered from the predominant northwest winds which often appear late in the day on summer afternoons and residents can enjoy the warmth of the sun all day.

The homes on Escondido beach are set well below PCH and pick up little traffic noise
