Malibu Country Estates

Neighboring Pepperdine University Malibu Country Estates is a tight knit community with a little over 100 lots.  The unique attraction to this area is it has a private sewer system, sidewalks, paved streets and streetlights all of which are rarities of Malibu.  It’s a community where you will know your next-door neighbor and have access to soccer fields and all being within a few minutes drive to shopping, restaurants and Webster Elementary School.

The majority of the homes in the Estates have been remodeled from their original building styles ranging from ranch homes to traditional and a few of the moderns offering glass walls with expansive ocean views.  Although the lots are small in size and most will not have pools, residents do have access to Pepperdine’s amenities such as; pool, tennis and gym.

Prices in this neighborhood are reasonably priced, for Malibu standards, with most between $1.9m and $3m.
