This unconventional one-bedroom condo in the Arts District is located in the Gallery Lofts building, built in 2007 as the neighborhood began its rapid transformation.

At 1,270 square feet, it’s a fairly roomy unit and looks all the more cavernous thanks to towering 26-foot ceilings and soaring panels of windows on the interior. The polished concrete floors and exposed beams and ductwork on the ceiling give the place a very industrial aesthetic.
